So, last week I began my battle with my sugar addiction. How did it go? I did great all day Sunday and Monday, until I went to work. A very nice co-worker, who bakes often, brought me one of his goodies. It looked like this:
That’s right. Chocolate chip cheesecake inside. Yum. They were freshly baked and I could smell then as soon as he walked into the office. Usually, he only stops by to pick up paperwork, say hi, and drop off whatever wonderful treat he has created in his oven.
So, I had one. But I kept it to one. Small steps, people, small steps. 😉
Now that I have that off my chest, I can tell you my plan for this week (in addition to my continuous battle w/sugar.)
It’s time to get MOVING!
That’s right, I’m going to commit to 30 minutes a day of some kind of exercise for five days a week. In fact, I’ve already started… if you count swimming and climbing stairs at Great Wolf Lodge w/Little Miss. I do. 😉
